Albinism.

Albinism is a congenital disorder characterized by the
complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin and eyes
due to absence or defect of an enzyme involved in the
production of melanin.

Melanism.

Melanism is the occurrence of an increased amount of
dark pigmentation in the skin and eyes of the organism,
resulting from the presence of melanin.
It is the opposite of albinism.
